2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a learner, and that you have authority to accept these Terms. If you submit information on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Infringe the rights of NLIS or any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with website security, performance, or availability
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent information
- Upload malware or harmful code, or scrape the site in an abusive way
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Admissions, Vouchers & Applications
- Information on the website about admissions criteria, fees, grades, and deadlines is for guidance and may change.
- Purchase of an application voucher does not guarantee admission.
- You must provide accurate learner and parent/guardian information. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be delayed or declined.
- Admission decisions remain at the sole discretion of NLIS in line with school policy.
- Voucher validity, expiry, and use are governed by the terms shown at purchase and in related communications.
5. Vacation School Registration
- Vacation School places are subject to programme availability, capacity limits, eligibility, and payment of the stated fee.
- After successful online payment, an access code may be sent by SMS and/or email to complete registration.
- One registration is typically permitted per paid access code, unless NLIS states otherwise.
- NLIS may decline, cancel, or modify a registration where capacity, safeguarding, eligibility, or policy requirements apply. Where a registration is cancelled by NLIS for reasons unrelated to applicant misconduct, we will communicate next steps regarding any applicable refund or credit in line with school policy.
6. Payments
- Online payments are processed by third-party providers (including Hubtel). Their terms and privacy practices also apply at checkout.
- You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct and that you are authorised to make the payment.
- A payment confirmation or access code does not by itself constitute final enrolment where additional school approval or form completion is required.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to NLIS fee and programme policies and applicable payment-provider rules. Contact the school office for refund enquiries.
7. Tour Bookings, Messages & Job Applications
Submitting a tour booking, contact message, newsletter subscription, or job application does not create a contract of enrolment or employment. We will use the information you provide to respond and process your request. Job applicants must ensure submitted documents are accurate and that they have the right to share them.

9. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content (for example, testimonials, messages, or uploaded documents), you grant NLIS a non-exclusive right to use that content for school administration and, where applicable and with appropriate consent/approval, for communications. You must not submit content that is unlawful, confidential without authorisation, or infringes others’ rights.
